A captive agent has one company's products to sell you. We have the carriers we work with, and we place you where your particular situation prices best — which in Florida changes constantly, by ZIP code, by roof age, by driving record and by month.
In practice that means three things:
- We compare rather than justify. If one carrier is cheaper because it covers less, we say so, because you are the one who finds out at claim time.
- We can move you. When a carrier raises rates or stops writing in your area, remarketing your policy does not mean starting over with a new agency.
