J&A Legacy Group LLC may bill business partners directly for technology, administrative, platform, consulting, and other business support services.

Services are provided based on the specific needs and agreement established with each business partner.
Before services begin, the business partner may receive documentation describing the scope of services, pricing, billing terms, and applicable service conditions.
Invoices may identify the specific services provided during the applicable billing period.
Legacy Connect is designed with responsible business technology practices in mind.
We work with established third-party technology providers where appropriate and use commercially reasonable practices to protect business information.
Payment card information may be entered directly into secure payment technology provided by third-party payment processors.
J&A Legacy Group LLC does not intentionally store full payment card numbers within its own business systems unless specifically required and implemented through an appropriate compliant payment solution.
Fees paid for completed technology, administrative, consulting, configuration, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once the applicable work has been performed. For recurring or ongoing services, a business partner may request cancellation in accordance with the terms of its service agreement.
Business partners may request cancellation of recurring services by contacting J&A Legacy Group LLC. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, cancellation applies to future services and does not automatically refund services already delivered or fees already earned. Any outstanding invoices or completed services remain payable.
